Meet our staff

Smart Works is driven by a dynamic and passionate staff team working across 12 UK centres.

We all share the same mission of delivering the Smart Works service to women who need it most. Through the power of interview coaching and high-quality interview clothing, we help unemployed women get into work and change the trajectory of their lives.
