Three years ago, we embarked on a mission to double the number of women we support by April 2025, and we are so proud to have achieved this goal. In the last year, Smart Works have supported over 10,000 women, and we couldn’t have done it without the power of the Smart Works community behind us.

10,000 isn’t just a number. It’s 10,000 real women with reallives and real potential, unlocked by Smart Works.

It’s 10,000 real women who have faced barriers in their jobsearch, turned to Smart Works for support, and left our centres with theirconfidence restored and their heads held high.

Our work isn’t finished – there are stillthousands of women across the UK who need us, and we can’t do it without you.
