The centre opened in 2016 to bridge the gap between unemployment and interview success. We are a small but passionate team and our greatest love is seeing our clients get the job.
We help women in need to get into paid employment and change their lives for the good. Women are referred by referral partners such as the DWP and then attend our centre once they have a confirmed job interview. We provide them with an interview outfit, styled for them and theirs to keep, followed by interview coaching.
Alongside our small team of four staff we have a team of 40 incredible volunteers who are all extremely passionate about helping our clients get that job.
We have supported over 3,000 women before their job interviews and delivered over 4,000 appointments. We are so proud that 75% of the women we’ve supported have gone on to get the job.
